Opened this wine at Cheng Hoo Thian Restaurant to celebrate a birthday with my in laws. We ordered the Crispy Fried Liver Rolls, Traditional Prawn Balls, Fried Lala with Radish, Crispy and Braised Goose, Crispy Fried Puning Beancurd, Teochew Steamed Garoupa, Fresh Oyster Omelette, Stirred Fried Kai Lan with Sole Fish, Seafood Fried Mee Sua, Eggs Fried Rice, and Yam Paste. Belle robe jaune dorée. Un muscat pétillant aromatique, sur le muscat frais, intense, raffiné sans être écœurant pour autant. Nettement sucré néanmoins, mais heureusement une légère touche d’amertume vient redresser l’équilibre et lui donne un peu de caractère. Sympa mais trop de sucrosité à mon goût
