Still dark cherry and some toasty oak. Maybe a bit more secondary flavors creeping in.

Great wine - and for my palate, just entering its plateau of maturity. Red pinoty fruit, an almost minty coolness, bright acid, a touch of oak that’s mostly integrated. Medium bodied but the flavor lingers. Wonder if we’ll ever see a vintage like this again.

This is not a profound wine, but it is profoundly elegant. Abundant notes of dark cherry with limited wood. Great acidity and fruit. I would gladly drink this anytime.

Domaine Joseph Roty Marsannay Les Ouzeloy 2010 Förförisk doft av lite mogna jordgubbar, lite alkohol trots bara 13%. Lite murrig skog, och tall. Underbar smak av ljusa röda frukter, sura körsbär med en fin sälta. Tydlig syra men absolut inget som stör, utan mer ett bevis om att det inte är någon stress att dricka upp.

Softening and pretty. Dark cherry and still some dark oak flavors. Burlier and masculine.

Rich and powerful dark cherry with some oak.

Drank great with Japanese food. Paired with Hokkaido sea urchin sublimely.

Totally primary wine. Dark cherry, spice and faint chocolate on the nose. Palate is tight, but showing pure cherry, raspberry, and tart cranberry. Finish is tannic, with a saline edge to the fruit flavors. Wound up with a bunch of potential.
