Unbelievably well-aged. Doesn’t taste older than three or four years. Crisp lemon zest and sea salt, with a slight tang of green apple on the finish, alongside a slight waxy note that wouldn’t be put of place in a Chenin blanc. Delicious.

Deep yellow color in the glass with notes of peach, apple and honey on the nose. Viscous and with a complexity and body unlike a Chablis. Delicious. Want more.

Good but not typical for Chablis. Advanced with golden hues it tastes more thick and rich than lean and bracing. Drink up. Second day it gains in minerality and sea flavors. Very good wine that is more effusive rather than restrained.

Nose of lemon oil. Lots of straw flavor, almost like Sauv Blanc like. Clean with good acidity but doesn't really come together as a whole.

very nice wine for $19. very chablis, crisp clear and full of minerality. medium acidity helps this wine remain fresh yet has enough fruit to keep it from being too sour. finish is very good for the price, went very well with the squid salad that we had with it.

Wet stone and apple peel on the nose. The minerality takes on strength in the mouth, with crisp citrus notes emerging. Lengthy, mouth watering finish. Medium/light bodied. Very good.

Served refrigerator cool- this Les Pargues tasted of the sea, all lemon and green. Over time and as it warmed, the sea receded and the earth came to the fore, in a lovely minerality. The taste was one of clarity rather than complexity.

Slightly cloudy straw yellow. Focused nose of lemon, seashells, and chalk. Light to medium body. Fairly brisk acidity with saline and lemon citrus on the palate. Nice balance. Good with lightly breaded shrimp and scallop with lemon butter sauce and roasted zucchini with Roma tomatoes and Romano cheese. 88+

Nose of earth, compost or leaves, hint of fruit. Tastes earthy and minerally, more than fruity. Good metallic mineral bite with some citrus fruit in the background ( slightly sweet and sour). Finishes with pronounced compost/leaves and hints of fruit. Dryish. Body medium or lower, Acid medium minus.
