Cellared for 2,5 yrs and it was much rounder, broader. Lost some of its fizz, but now a very nice food wine.

Light straw yellow colour. Pear and citrus on the nose. Taste of gooseberries, pears and citrus. Shorter finish than I would expect from a Sauvignon Blanc, but well worth it's price. Goes well with shellfish and shrimps, perhaps some fresh fish.

Very enjoyable and typical s.b. with greenness, citrus and tropical fruits, vibrancy and freshness. Excellent as an appetitif but went nicely with sushi. Good value.
