Crabtree Watervale Wines Riesling Hilltop Watervale

24th Canberra International Riesling Challenge (Albert Hall, Canberra) : Sulphur, touch of apple and minerality, a little leesy underpin. Lean and slightly tart on the palate, like the Crabtree Estate the textured rasp is deeply pleasing but this wine lacks the supporting components for me.
