Orange confit, mandarin, modest cinnamon, jasmin tea, vanilla and that's only the bouquet. These elements also floating around in the mouth, concentrated, the alcohol is well covered and smooth bitters give an additional complexity to the balanced finish; unexpectedly exceptional.

Dried apricots, honeyed tropical fruit, flowers, and spice create the nose. But it is the sweet, as well as lifted, over-ripe, tropical fruit-filled palate, with its vanilla, honey, roasted nut, and candied orange nuance in the finish that seizes the day. Drink from 2022-2042.

From 375. This house never seems to do it for me. A bit simple, advanced in age, barley, apricot, too sweet. Not enough fruit or structure here. Perhaps the 750 are in better shape.

Apricot and honey, slight hint of cinnamon and nutmeg. Light acidity, not one I think will age for an extended period but could do with a few more years. Enjoyed with pumpkin pie and whipped cream.

This wine took 90 minutes to breathe. Apricot and honey bouquet. Low acidity, with flavors of apricot, honey, vanilla, and orange in the background. Also some floral notes. The medium finish coated the tongue with a good balance of syrupy sugars and citrus-like bitters, leaning to the sugars side. A solid Sauternes still vibrant and enjoyable, but nearing the end of its peak years.

375. lilting, fairly light orangey-apricot nose and taste is very appealing; lively and well balanced. lighter, less sweet, and less concentrated than many 01s. good length and just right touch of bitterness to offset sweetness.
