Bodegas Santa Ana Eco Cabernet Sauvignon Malbec

This was pleasing, with a nice purity of flavor. It is fruitier, with subtle tannins. More of a humble juice than a blockbuster wine. We used it in a cranberry sauce and it was perfect for that - in fact, we wrote it down on the recipe to remember to use it for this purpose next time. As for drinking, it is versatile because of its fruit-driven simplicity. It goes with most things. Good value.
