Domaine Saint-Damien Gigondas Rosé

Lemon peel, orange peel, wet stone, fresh mint, cheese rind and a very faint hint of brett/barnyard - at the level where it's very much a positive addition - on the nose. Medium intensity of aromas. The palate is totally different, showing ripe red cherries, ripe raspberries, pomegranate seeds, anise and cinnamon. A little bit of lemon peel too. Finishes with cream, ripe strawberries and red cherries. Well balanced. Medium body with good medium acid too. I like when rosé …
