Dark color. Smells of dark chocolate and a bit of gym socks. Rich flavor; ripe black cherries and dark chocolate with a hint of black olives and some herbal notes on the finish. Ok. Nothing special but not objectionable.

Dark, ripe fruit flavors dominate. Has a hint of smoke, like from grilling steak. Good balance and structure. Not overly oaky. Coats the palate without being jammy. Overall a pleasurable wine at a fair price.

color: dark purple velvet; nose: manly musk consisting of oak. tobacco, and leather; taste: medium-bodied mouth feel, tobacco taste, medium-length finish (too vegetal for my liking, but with nice-tasting tannins); overall: young (as of April 2015), but with lots of stuffing -- evinces a masculine profile, which should pair well with steak or lamb by Summer-Fall 2016. Uncork the bottle and allow the juice to breathe before pouring.

Had this at a restaurant. Surprisingly good for the price. Very smooth and not overly complex - but not objectionable. Dark cherry and vanilla tones. More enjoyable than many more expensive Cabs from some mass production Napa houses.

Smooth, supple & sexy. Good wine for get together with friends and family. Black fruits of plum, blackberry, and black cherries on the nose, followed with pleasant minerality of tar. Soft wine with long-finish. Lush vanilla hints of oak aging. Pleasant dry wine. Pairs great with steak, grilled vegetables, chocolate, and peppered foods.
