A light wine with 11.5%. Cheap German bubbly - rosé with added carbon dioxide. Deutscher Perlwein is the official term. The “welcome drink” at Victor’s Residenz Hotel Schloss Berg in Perl-Nennig. Actually it’s quite pleasant, ever so slightly sweet but fresh and supple, with a gentle mousse and nice juicy fruit.
