Bellingham Chenin Blanc

In the nose yellow apples, a hint of citrus, noticeable oak notes with some butter and smoke, and a touch of wool. Medium+ body, again yellow apples, a touch of citrus, medium acidity, some mineral and menthol notes, slightly oily texture, quite spicy, a hint of bitterness. A bit alcoholic in the finish, but otherwise well balanced. Quite foody, should be well adapted to white meats.
