Cheers friends it’s Friday! Apple pie, red apples, in a rather sweet nose. Sweet apples, minerality, smokey, relatively thin but it is Friday so everyone should be happy anyway!

To much Pinot Meunier at 50% it swamps the Chardonnay at 15% and the Pinot Noir at 35%. Other wise it is just a present drink.
