La Chablisienne tasting. Terroir; clay and limestone. Light yellow colour. On the nose someting reminiscent of butter, yellow apples, pears and peach. On the palate light and crisp, nice high acidity. White currants, a little apple, sorrel and lemon. Easy drinking wine. Do not decant. Good quality petit chablis!
