Sugar at harvest 28.7 degrees brix Residual sugar 12.8% by weight 9.5% ABV Pale staw color. Explosive honey tropical fresh apricot bouquet. Light to medium bodied, but great. Very fresh and lively. Very sweet but well balanced. Flavors of honey, candied peach and candied pear with fresh apricot and honeysuckle flavors. Long finish.
