golden straw colour and light body. complex nose with slightly sweet, yeasty and floral accents to the red and green apple fruit, lime zest, almonds and hints of spice. bright and lemony in mouth, a hint of vanilla runs between the layers of green and red apple and bosc pear. flavours are anchored by a gentle but persistent minerality the extends over the long, citric finish. lovely rendition in the "ouille" style (with topped off barrels, rather than the oxidative …
