Lemon, green and bruised apple, toast and butter on nose. Quite a pronounced new oak butter and warm spice. Same on palate. Lemon, bruised apple, butter, toast, warm spice. Not the most sophisticated but still well made - and indeed pleasant to enjoy one evening in Tengah. 90-91

Little bit of the bruised apple character. And then starchy. Not my thing. A little more Salty because of limestone, 50% in cask.
