Acetone upon opening but it seemed to blow off or I became desensitized. Big and thick aromas of coffee and wood, you can just smell the weight of this thing. I had to chill it a degree or so to find the drinking zone. No complexity in the mouth at all, rather a big drippy, intense, fruit forward explosion of sensations that I'm sure some will love. Has the weight, sweetness and smoke that would make this a great BBQ …
