Taste: ripe, nice, quite rich, undefined yellow fruit. A bit buttery, with prominent oak, but better integrated than my last bottle, two months ago. Very nice wine, that made a very attractive match with halibut and beurre blanc. Still more integrated at the third day. My last bottle to drink in June or July of this year. 90-91.

Quite golden color. In the taste full of ripe fruit. A good acidity. Also quite prominent oak of rather good quality. Depending on earlier TN's of this wine tit seems, that the elements, especially the oak, are beter integrated with time, but I understand the need for aging. Still I agree that this wine can best be drunk soon: within three till six months, I guess. Anyway nice to drink now. 90

My latest bottle shows some oxidation with hints of sherry presenting itself. Still good but definitely at its best. I was hoping for more longevity. If you have any, drink up. Hazy light gold in colour. Lemon and buttercup on the nose. Rounded on the palate with good persistence and length. Probably slightly more fruity than minerally but quite restrained yet comfortable in it's own shoes. Still not more than 90 for me.

Quite golden in colour. Nose showing yellow fruit with no noticeable oak. Medium to full bodied and quite rich with good mouthfeel and restrained yet vibrant yellow fruit. Overall pretty decent and I would expect upside for the patient. Sealed with Diam5 which was extremely tightly fitted. Went well with truffle chips.

Agree with the previous note that suggests this drinks like a Meursault, which is saying something as this was $26 delivered! Quite a value. On the nose, there's a touch of reduction that blossoms into lemon curd and butterscotch with a healthy does of oaky vanilla. The 2020 iteration of Feuillat-Juillot's Montagny Les Jardins is a limpid, light golden, perfumed Chardonnay that (as is often the case with whites from the Côte Chalonnaise) delivers a lot of bang for the buck.
