PnP to have with homemade chicken quesadillas. Its been a while since I have had a Chilean cab. Nose was all mushroom and red fruit. Initial taste was a little funky, but that quickly blew off. Earth and red fruit remained. The red fruit grew a little sharper and then bitter by the 2nd glass; at the same time the earthiness receded a bit. A good daily drinker.
