Drank with the Fiersteins in their NYC pad. I've had this wine before and notes are mostly in line with prior tastings. Bigger & chunkier than I recall, but still lots of white fruit, creamy, big mouthfeel, with good, balanced levels of minerality and acidity. Might still be on the upswing here.

Reductive nose a touch of ripeness but still drinking well.

Blanco supplied last nite for dinner at Harrison CC. Lovely nose of white flowers, with some vanilla. Medium body, on the creamy side. Copious amount of white fruit, tho not at all overripe, good acidity and very nice minerality. Well-balanced, very enjoyable white Burg in a very good place right now. Glad I have some of my own in my cellar!

Another great showing here. More succulent, forward than the 2010/2011 but still with great nerve and acidity. Creamy palate, aromas of crushed corn, vanilla, minerals, white fruit. Great, balanced white Burg in this warmer vintage.

Wednesday Cellar Visits in Burgundy - Paul Pernot, Grivot and Hudelot-Noellat (Cote d'Or) : Barrel tasting at the domaine. Lean and well styled fruit for the vintage. Good flavors and well balanced with a mineral-drive, chiseled finish I really enjoy.
