100% Cabernet Sauvignon with 24 months spent in French Oak after native fermentation. '14 wasn't a great vintage for most of South Africa, but the coastal areas like Tradauw supposedly fared better. After approx. 7-8 years in bottle this wine is showing some good depth. The nose is full of stewed raspberries and plums, fresh violets, cinnamon and toasted almonds.
