Domaine Maillard Père & Fils Chorey-les-Beaune Blanc

* A little funny on opening. Better with time and food. Slightly too creamy, lacking edge, but not bad. Reasonable length. NB: I use a "star" rating system. No stars, of no interest (or even worse). One star, worth trying again if it comes my way. Two stars, exceptional wine, of great interest, worth pursuing. Three stars, really exceptional. (I"ll add the criteria for four stars when I have one.)
