On the nose, this wine shows wonderful peach, lemon, lime and fresh cream aromas. Green apple, pineapple mushroom and crème brûlée flavours fill the palate, leading to a mouth filling, round texture. Earth and mineral interplay with a well balanced acidity leading to a long, soft finish.

10% of grapes through appassimento method. Very oaked, but makes for an interesting wine. Toasted butter on the nose as well as white stone fruits. Full, creamy mouth. Pair with a creamy risotto, lobster, or scallops.
