Clear medium light yellow. Medium intense nose, orchard fruit, pine nuts, and lemon nose. Much richer and viscous mouthfeel. The finish is oily and dry. My first time with this selection. Not as interesting as Inama Foscarino, but very good.

Funny-looking bottle. Not much complexity on the nose with notes of flint? Quite minerality-driven on the palate, not much fruit. Instead, it has this oilyness that’s quite unique and has like a flinty aftertaste to it. Quite light and not that concentrated. Just tried it after a few days in the fridge. Very heavy, squat bottle. Screwcap. Aromas of moderate intensity, a mélange of fruity, vegetal and earthy notes. Dry, with elevated fresh acidity, medium to full-bodied but only 12.5% abv. Rich, ripe fruit on the palate, more appealing than the nose, Meyer lemon and tropical fruit, mouth-coating and smooth, but that fresh acidity cleans it up. A vein of salinity flows through the long finish. Intense.

Light to medium gold color with aromas of pear, key lime, honeysuckle, white flowers, pine resin, and reductive notes of flint and struck match. The wine is big boned, full bodied but counterbalanced with bright acidity. There is a faint impression of salinity on the palate, maybe coming from the extended lees contact. Big and long finish with good complexity. Excellent bottle of wine!

This (L12005) is a great Soave with a great QPR, and only 12% ABV, will buy again. The wine is full of character and personality, with white fruit and floral aromas, a medium+ body, good acid structure and a very mineral mid-palate and finish. This can work for cocktails but is better with food.

This is a very cool wine. Ripe white fruits and dusty minerals are a wonderful contrast on the nose. Rich and lively, this wine really balances opposing elements nicely. Great flavor depth yet not heavy; fresh yet substantial. Wow. Alsacien-like in mouth feel. Serious value here for $25. (91)

I`m mainly more into more "northern style" of white wines, German Rieslings etc. but for example the stuff they do in Soave Classico is highly interesting. Nose is a bit subdued but fresh and grassy with nice florality with hints of flintyness. On the palate wine is surprisingly spicy with ripe tropical fruits, honey melon, pear. Enough acidity to give "Luft" for the fruit. Full-bodied. Spicy and honeyed finish. Good lenght also. 90

Having drank 90+% German Riesling in recent years when it comes to white wine, this wine is strange to me but I like it. It is soft, fruity, not much acidity, but somehow good balance between its 'body', which is of orderly weight and seriosity and a playful fruity character that makes it fun to drink.
