Organic & biodynamic. Although perhaps not super complex at this point in its evolution, this is already dangerously delicious and so easy to drink/enjoy. To boot, the juicy, stony finish lingers on and on. Yum. Crisp and fresh with intense dry lime cordial fruit infused with minerals. As it develops there is a subtle oily richness leaving a pleasant and lasting farewell. Silky, refined and elegant and mercifully bone dry. Charming. CHP 90 pts
