Georgas Family Savatiano

Woah! I've never had a Savatiano before, but if they're all like this then OK. This is a big white, dripping flavor. It opens with fresh peaches and turns into burnt honey. Very bold, nice acidity. Normally I like my whites more dry than this but this is pretty fun.
