Opened and let sit for an hour. Well-balanced, with apparent fruit and herbs in the nose and round in the mouth. Longish finish. Nice with hearty food, would buy more.

The wine presented very well. Good deep color and a present but not over the top nose. I found the tannins to be a bit stronger than the fruit so it was not as well balanced as I like for my first glass. I let it sit for a bit and drank the second with a suculant rib-eye. With the steak, the wine stood up much better and proved to have what was necessary to make the steak that much …
