Decent Malbec. Dark color - almost Black. The nose offers classic Malbec notes of Black Currant , Vanilla, roasted cocoa beans , burnt sage and vanilla. With an ABV of 13.5 % the taste appears quite fresh and lean but yet a little thin - maybe because of the age the fruit starts wearing off 💁…

Opened and let sit for an hour. Well-balanced, with apparent fruit and herbs in the nose and round in the mouth. Longish finish. Nice with hearty food, would buy more.

The wine presented very well. Good deep color and a present but not over the top nose. I found the tannins to be a bit stronger than the fruit so it was not as well balanced as I like for my first glass. I let it sit for a bit and drank the second with a suculant rib-eye. With the steak, the wine stood up much better and proved to have what was necessary to make the steak that much …
