Clos Saron Pinot Noir Once Upon A Time

Clos Saron / Gideon Bienstock @Terroir (Terroir Wine Bar, SF) : Made while Gideon was at Rennaissance, then bought back and re-labeled. Acetaldehyde is a bit strong for me - it sticks out, making me think this is a slightly ox’ed bottle, rather than simply developed. Super awesome savory apple tamari notes. A touch tired but it could be the bottle. No Score - I thinkk this bottle is oxidized.
