Used it to make a home blend of Paso Robles cs, cf & pv. Decent body and nose, but much better as part of a blend than a standalone.

Going downhill. More medicinal in flavor. Was good 6 months ago, but losing steam quickly.

funky and weird on the nose. Rubber. yup... that's pretty much it. Possible Sulfur dioxide flaw. Avoid

Finally decided this is good $6 value, but not a great value. Has come together better now. Licorice and grapey aromas on the nose. Smooth with oak creaminess--wonder if this was oak chipped or dusted. Finish has a curious, unnatural custard-like flavor (edit: no, it's definitely yogurt!), some heat. Still, the acidity and mouth-feel are nicely balanced to make this a suitable quaff.

More flabby this time. Caramel & tobacco. Finishes tannic with decent acidity. Nothing offensive, good back-up wine.

J liked this one. Not very complex, but smooth. I wasn't as impressed.

An oak monster's wet dream. Can't really tell this is Cab Franc other than some tobacco, but it is decent. Lots of oak flavor, of course. Medium body, lots of oak tannin on the finish. At $6, maybe I'll pick up a few bottles to see where they go in a year or two. Could be a decent QPR if the oak integrates somewhat as '07 is reputedly a good vintage for Paso Robles. Edit: Upped score after tasting on …
