Sylvain et Didier Defaix Chablis Les Hauts de Milly

Great QPR on this crisp Chablis. Lemon curd and honeydew and fuller bodied with great acidity.

So Nose is muted - a bit of lemon, wax notes of white flowers, chamomile, and other white flower notes. Fruit a bit missing. Some salinity coming through. On taste very light on the palate fruit is hardly there. Salinity mostly not much acid and a short finish. Not quite up to snuff.
