The Grower Champagne Tasting (TEI Athens) : This champagne is 100% Pinot Meunier with the grapes sourced from the only appellation on sand in the northern part of Cotes de Bar. The nose is clear, citrus fruit, light lees notes, oxidative in style, biscuits. The palate shows strength, high acidity, citrus, lemon, pineapple, quite powerful, extremely long finish. Very impressive and unique
