Golden colour showing its age. Nose of citrus, beeswax, wet stone, toast (oak) Palate texture is lovely oily, very similar notes than on the nose with a very long finish on nice bitters (think grapefuit).

(100% Chasselas, 2. Produzierter Jahrgang). Kräftiges Gelb. Was für eine Nase, Batard-Montrachet lässt grüssen, tiefgründig, kräuterig, reiffruchtig, Apfel, Pfirsich, Stein, funky Feuerstein, eine Droge. Im Gaumen kräftig und druckvoll, ein Wein mit Struktur und Fülle, bleibt dabei federleicht, mit nerviger Säure, viel Würze und einer grossartigen Länge. Das ist Kalksteinlecken für Fortgeschrittene. Grosses Terroir-Kino. 95 vvPunkte.

醒酒一小时，淡金黄色，闻香有芝麻香，白花，橘子皮，苏打饼干的香气，入口酸度高，呈线性，酒液咸，咸矿石的口感，饼干混合着芝麻和橘皮的香气，余味是冰糖和芝麻，此时的香气和口感和他们家的霞多丽很像。醒酒四个半小时，状态完全打开，芝麻香气明显，还有冰糖和白花香，没有特别张扬，总体很优雅，入口酸度柔和了一些，咸咸的矿物混合着浸皮带来的香气特征，细节精致，口感细腻，我在 Steinkrugle Gutedel 的酒评里说到莎斯拉这个品种口感很简单，收尾很短，反而被采恩驾驭起来，做出一种水晶般清澈的口感，而在这支 10 Hoch 4 Gutedel 无疑在完整度上更上一层楼，更高的复杂度，变化更多的口感，特别和 Jaspis Nagelin Chardonnay 对比起来，口中的精细感和平衡感可谓完胜，作为这个品种的天花板，没有任何遗憾了，唯一期待的是陈年后会不会有更惊人的表现。

A very special wine. As intense, mineral and seductive on the nose as high end examples of white burgundy, but the palate has a more weightless quality to it, that I find almost magical. Flavours are very fine an detailed, yet persist for so long - even after the glass is emptied!

Wonderful and intense minerality, citrus and stone fruit, hints of resin, white flowers. Reminds me of a young Hermitage on the nose - still much lighter and almost weightless on the palate, good balance and enormous persistence. A wonderful and unique wine. 94-95+
