Domaine les Pervenches Seyval Blanc Acacia

Shy golden straw yellow, lightly cloudy. Slightly oxidative notes on this quite oaky nose at opening. With air, pineapple, orange liquor, coing and caramel emanate with light white flowers notes. The mouth is quite different from their Seyval with more glycerin like texture coating the palate. Poached pear, fig, quinine and bitter orange. This is slightly salty too, but to me, too oaky for the moment. Better the next day and with rich dishes. Might improved to 89-90 if oak …
