Organic & biodynamic. Delicious and beautifully intense much like the previous two releases I have tasted but it doesn't have quite the same depth or length of finish. It is however considerably more fruit-forward than the 2020 & 2021 vintages. Either way, I certainly wouldn't hesitate to buy it again. Nose: red apple. Kind of cinnamon. Like spiced/mulled wine. Christmas-y. But in a good way. Palate: nose comes through. More baked/stewed apple. Nice uniqueness on this wine. Well made. Good price to quality.

Purity--but loads of acid. Among the more interesting subtle tones: wood spice...acid has a grapefruit quality. Jane gets nuttiness. At its best olfactory moments, like clean satin purity, a floral minerally stoniness. Jane was ready to make this a case quaffer wine...while I liked it, it didn't get me as excited.
