Herbert Schabl Roter Veltliner Konigsbrunn

Pale lemon color. Smells like something vegetal/bell pepper, lemon, fungal. Tastes similar with notable minerality/salt. Med+ body with high acidity and medium alcohol although it tastes a bit more bitter than I’d like. The finish is not great. The bitterness takes over any fruit.
