A private lunch (Macelleria Popolare, Milan, Italy) : Made from 100% Timorasso, spontaneous fermentation with lightly pressed whole bunches and ageing in stainless steel, bottled unfined and unfiltered. Crisp and minerally, ripe citrus, slightly earthy, nice bitters from the skin contact, good length. Lovely wine.
