Typical off- dry Spätlese with only 10% alcohol. In the nose a bit closed, but on the palate changing exotic fruits, honey sweetness but enough acid to puffer it. Still very young and maybe not yet in a perfect balance, think it will improve with some more cellaring- time. Good with (spicy asian) food, excellent QPR.

Nice Aroma of apple and a hint of yeast. Fine perlage, on the palate again green apple some citrus-fruits, mouthwatering acidity, good balance. Lean and crisp, perfect as an aperitif.
