Rymill Cabernet Sauvignon Sandstone

Coonawarra Roadshow (Ivy, George Street, Sydney) : Really very mineral on the nose with touches of crushed oyster shell and rock, funky as well with some red berry fruit. Red berry tending to cherry with talc textured tannins drying this fruit out. Interesting but not very cabernet sauvignon for me.
