Confini Lambrusco Mantovano

Same impression as last time. Superb little private producer. Great stuff! Taste it! Just contact signore Pasqualini for a six pack :-)

Had the green label which is a bit sweeter than the red label. Its better stuff than all Lambrusco I had so far from the core region Emilia Romagna. Deep red with voilett, explosive fruit with nice acidic backbone. In the aftertaste some drying tannins which give another layer to the overall impression. Great pleasure to drink. The red label is a nuance behind. Lambrusco Mantovano rules ;-)
