Cloof, Lynchpin, Darling

We consumed this wine over two evenings after decanting it for one hour. The wine was very expressive on the nose, spicy, with vanilla, oak, leather, ripe fruit, cucumber and vegetable notes. On the palate the wine was spicy, with vanilla, ripe fruit, grape juice and mouth-watering acidity. The wine was full-bodied, but the mouth-feel was a little thin.
