Tintilla Estate Merlot Justine

Somewhat closed at first, yet preferred not to decant with plenty of time to enjoy. Eventually opens to blackberry, plum and white pepper on the nose with a touch of vanilla oak. Medium to full mouthfeel, well balanced and not overly tannic. Moderate length dry and spicy finish. Throws a little sediment at the end. I probably should have held this bottle for another two or three years even though it was delicious now.
