Monthly Tasting Group HWS #071; 14 Chenin Blanc plus 4 Pinotage (By AH & UG) : Only 600 bottles produced of this wine. It stays for 5 weeks on the skins. The result is a dark yellow wine with a rich bouquet; a lot of cinnamon, nutmeg, grasses and boiled vegetables. On the palate quite dry, apricots, medicine and clove. Firm amount of acidity and bitterness. Not an easy wine, but certainly very interesting.

Smaak / Afdronk: Prachtige ontwikkelde zuren, dik-sappig door een klein restzoetje maar prachtig in balans en met een vooral droge indruk, veel lengte, gedroogde appeltjes.
