Medium orange haze in the glass, intense nose with hints of vinegar. To me it tasted closer to a cider than a wine. Still learning and exploring orange wines so I'm not sure where this is on the spectrum, but it's not really for me. Wouldn't drink again.

Lot CHMAC2018, so I guess this must be from the 2018 vintage. 100% Chardonnay from Jura. Other sources say the wine is macerated with the skins for 2 months, others say the wine is vinified as whole bunches for 2,5 weeks. Don't know what to trust here. Aged for 12 months in old oak barrels. Vinified without any added sulfites, bottled unfined and unfiltered. 11,5% alcohol. Slightly hazy golden yellow color.
