Always like this one. From a 375 and shared around a group so it went very fast. It's also a more interesting and different cider. Made from apples that are essentially from a feral orchard. Really tasty.

Shared with some friends who had expressed an interest in learning a bit more about dry cider and this is one of our favorite producers in that space. It's made from mostly feral apples which seem to make just excellent cider. Interesting and a bit different and a touch of spice notes and for sure the apple and very dry in style but because you get the apple fruit there's just a hint of sweet. Drinks well.

Last day drinking up the remaining items. This is always nice and fun. Crisp and fresh and really drinking well.

Very easy to drink, hint of spicy and sour and then just a bit of fruit. Another afternoon cider to get our vacation started. Went down very quickly.

Friday afternoon outside on a fairly warm evening but with a cool and quite flavorful cider. Life doesn't get much better. This is a bit of the sour and slightly punchy and lively and very tasty. Higher depth of flavor and more complexity than some of the more standard ciders. Very enjoyable.

Our first time with this cider, but definitely not our last. Created from 'feral' apples which I guess are apples that are not from an official orchard. This was interesting. A hint of sour, a hint of spice, a hint of sweet. It's a more complex style cider. Very drinkable and very enjoyable.
