121 BC Saturday tasting with 'Italian Wine Importers' (121 BC, Sydney) : Medium minus aromas of meat over slight cherry and woodiness - not unpleasant but quite muted. In the mouth the wine has medium plus acid, bright cherry fruit, chewy but ripe tannin. The finish is a little short and the wine a little simple but alright for what it is.
