Excellent daily drinker and cellar defender. Easy sipper and food friendly. Would buy again.

I was a bit surprised at how good this was for the price; pretty solid, not a fruit bomb, but some depth of dark fruit, nothing awry really.

For $15 at K&L, this punches well above its weight. Young and approachable, but has some nice structure and fruit-forward notes without being jammy. Has typical notes of dark cherry and stone fruits. Not super complex, but I don't expect that at this price. This is a perfect wine for serving at a party or barbecue. Nice dark fruit, with some minerality. Balance tannins. One of our favorites!

A little more smoky and a little more raw. And kinda full bodied and powerful.
