A lot of similarity with Bizot's Echezeaux side by side. Both are turbid and similar in aroma and taste. Wonderful experience!

Opeend 3pm for dinner, gorgeous floral nose, clearly stems used whole bunch. This is drinking beautifully, still has some tannins but quite resolved and balanced. Just could be a little longer finsih.
