Fine Wines SG - BYOB “COPA Wine-Mé-Ca” (Praelum Wine Bistro) : A mild nose, somewhat of earth and fern. Some pepper and blackberry. Tannic and acidic, and could feel the alcohol heat. Breath in glass actually put forth some rather unpleasant bitter notes, like burnt coal

Purple red colour, bright Cloves, dark spices, violets, sloes, lively and fresh Full body, great acidity lovely freshness, then some furry tannin, touch of dark choc on the finish This is very nice. I think it’ll be even better with just a little time in bottle to open up.
