I'm very pleased with how well this Sauvignon showed after two more years of cellaring. Clean, bright medium lemon in color with a hint of gold. The nose is clean, complex, developed, medium (+) in intensity, with apple, melon, peach, ripe citrus, hay/grass and some sweet spice (which is probably the oak coming through). Taste like a classic Sauvignon Blanc.

Dry, subtle flavors of fruit, minerals, herbs. Soft in the finish. Hint of salinity. Pleasant, but nothing complex. Spiaggia

Some orchard fruit but definite cat pee, this is "savory" to say the least. Other than that, nice acidity and it has resisted oxygen despite a very cheap "cork". Needs a proper food pairing, something on the herbal, snow pea, asparagus line of thinking
