As the electric green thing with some evolution to it.

Mellowed and its right place now, with some age and right there. Tigh on the plate, maybe not going to come into harmony.

Tasted at the Whitewater Valley Wine Society, Hampshire, UK. Tasting presented by winery ambassador Leah Seresin. Vinified from older vines this had a pale yellow colour and a slightly savoury and complex nose. On the palate the acidity was marked with a hint of salty minerality, backing hints of warm orchard fruits and subtle oak. It is a wine that will age gracefully.

Addictive smoke, fresh green apple and white peach nose. Decent weight with a bright lipsmacking lemon salt acidity that carries on through to a fairly good length. Reminds me of St Aubin, or maybe Rully. Good value.
